General Meeting Unofficial Minutes

Hey Guys,

I thought that I would try to post what went on @ yesterdays meeting (Oct 27th 2004) for all those who couldn't attend. So here's my attempt:

* The ACE program this year will have Three Phases, we are currently in Phase One of three.

* The executive have a very exciting year planned for us all, and we will all get out of it as much as we put in. So contact your ACE executive team members to get involved! (Their inboxes should be overflowing with volunteering request! Come'on guys!)

* Ace Leadership Conference - SMU CAMPUS - Friday October 29th, should be a good time for all those who attend! ($25.00, round trip Includes: Hotel, and travel, all extracurricular activities are extra!)

* ACE activites will get intense during second semester when we go into Phase Two

* January is Market Economics Month, contact David for more info. He has lots of cool stuff planned. Including: a speaker series, a forum, and a study regarding environmental economics (i think??)

* February is Success Skills and Ethics Month, contact Mike for more info. He has lots of cool stuff planned, including: Resumé writing workshops, "How to Work a Room" presentation, a fashion show, and "The Anderson House Project" wasn't that Matt Damon's latest movie (haha, i crack myself up!)

* March is Entrepreneurship Month, contact Amy for more info. She has lots of stuff planned including: a speaker series, and entrepreneur expo, and a micro biz.

*others ides have been floating around including a Fair Trade Coffee Sale, Adopt an Entrepreneur, and Adopt a Product(mmm O sauce!) to name a few!
