NEWS!

Hey everyone!! Some exciting updates! In no particular order, here is some of the exciting stuff we got done in the past few days:

- we now have a section in "The Cadre"! We will have a business section which we will share with the business society. We're going to have to get on the article writing. Colin is working on one just on the trip to Toronto for SIFE World Cup, and I'm going to get one in for the Student Entrepreneur of the Year Award, after that we'll be looking to the rest of you! Jamie and Mary-Jane write for it already, so perhaps you guys could cook something up for us sometime? What do you guys think of having a short little ethical dillema type question at the end of each one too and then having a poll on our weblogs@upei blog?

- we will have a page in the Nexus Yearbook this year! We're going to have to remember to take lots of pictures at all our events so that we have some great ones to submit! I'm pumped about it, I had to pull a few strings and call in a few favors, haha, but we got it!

- Ricky - you're doing an amazing job with the Fashion Show! The meeting went really well this afternoon, and we'll be having the next one next Wednesday at 5:00. If you missed the first one you can still come to this one. He delegated out a bunch of jobs to us, so good luck everyone!

- our award from Nationals will be on display in Kelly from now on! The display case with the grad class picture right by K237 at the top of the stairs! Check it out! I think it will be great publicity for us.

- James is coming on November 9th!! How exciting eh? He may even be staying for trivia that night, we're working on it! Everyone send him an email (james@acecanada.ca) and tell him he's got to stay Wednesday night for trivia! haha. It would definitely be a good time.

- I thought there was something else but I can't remember. Ah well. Good luck with Marketing all you fellow third year business students! To the rest of you... good luck in the papers and midterms!
