Wednesday - Visit from James

Hey Guy,

Just reminding everyone about the visit from James Wednesday. He's going to have a busy day of running around having meetings with lots of people. He will be meeting with Roberta, Dave (Poppa ACE), Joan, David (Zellers), and Rupert so far. I'm still working on setting up a meeting with Kelly (our new Business Advisory Board Coordinator), Marc (residence), Tammy, and Rachel. These are all members of our Business Advisory Board, which is why we want to set up the meetings.

IMPORTANT***** We will have an executive meeting at 5pm - location TBA, I have to double check tomorrow that the SU boardroom is open. General meeting to follow at 5:45 in K210. It is important that everyone be there to meet James! It wont be a long meeting, but it will be fun. If anyone has an issue with the time and can't make it, please let me know!

Also, what do people think of a social Tuesday night? Any ideas on anything we could do? James will be down so we could all go somewhere, do something, open to options!!
